THE STANDARD

How a specialist earns the badge

  1. Licensed and in good standing. An active California real estate license, checked with the Department of Real Estate.
  2. Land experience. At least three closed sales of land or homes on acreage in the last 24 months, checked in the MLS.
  3. Country-property review. A Cornload review of wells and water rights, septic, easements and access, Williamson Act contracts, zoning and ag use, rural financing, and fire and insurance.
  4. Fast answers. Replies to Cornload requests within one business hour.
  5. Verified reviews only. Reviews on Cornload come only from clients of closed transactions.
  6. Renewed every year. A specialist who stops meeting the standard loses the badge.

Who pays, and for what

Specialists may pay a flat monthly fee to be featured in an area, or a referral fee paid broker-to-broker when a Cornload client closes. Lender partners pay a flat monthly fee only. Paying never earns the badge; only the standard above does. Cornload is a service of Delta Real Estate. Specialists who work at Delta Real Estate are shown with its name.
