How it's priced

A flat monthly fee for your area, or a referral agreement paid broker-to-broker when a Cornload client closes. Founding-partner rates for the first specialists in each area.

The standard

A California license in good standing, three or more land or acreage closings in the last 24 months, the Cornload country-property review, one-hour replies and verified reviews only. Full standard

  • Featured on property pages and the loans & grants guides in your area
  • Seen by buyers planning a USDA, construction, land or farm purchase
  • A profile beside the land specialists in your counties

How it's priced

A flat monthly placement fee, the same whether or not anyone calls. Federal law (RESPA) doesn't allow paying for referrals of mortgage business, so there are no per-lead or per-loan fees.

The standard

An NMLS license in good standing, at least one rural or land loan product, and replies within one business day.
